This article provides a walk through of the features within the Reception Portal. Please note access to the portal is dependent on having a HART Engines log-in and correct permissions to access the portal. Please message HART Support for more information.
Accessing the Reception Portal
- Via the main HART Engines page hover over Reception and click Reception Portal

- Alternatively directly access the portal via https://cloud-reservations.net/RoomArrivals/Index/2304?app=Front replacing the digits with your property ID
Check In screen

- The Date can be changed in the section above and will default to todays date
- The view will default to those Expected to arrive however can be toggled to view those guests that have Arrived or All guests
- The Refresh button will refresh the page and update the list details
- The first column details the status of the arrival with a tick showing the arrival is complete. The Sheet symbol indicates that the guest has completed their pre-registration form
- The ID column includes the reservation ID and a colour to indicate the housekeeping condition of the room allocated
- Along with the Guest Name the third column includes and Occasions in green text and VIP codes in red
- The Room allocated is displayed in the fourth column. Please note any amendments to this must be made in the PMS
- The Check In Button performs the same action as within the PMS, updating the status of the room
- The Select button should be used where the guest has not completed their pre-registration form and will open the form relating to the guest in order for them to complete with their details. Please note that by default when a guest completes the form the page will return to the page above after a delay. It is recommended that a PIN is added within the pre-registration configuration more information on which can be found in this article
