- Go to https://cloud-reservations.net/home/Housekeeping in your internet browser
- Login using your username and password.
- If you do not have a username and password, Register and then Raise a Ticket to tell the HART team to activate the account.
- After login, click on Status and you will see the following:
- Status: Here you can view the Quick Status of Rooms that are assigned to the user
- Maintenance: This will allow you to raise a new maintenance issue to the PMS
- Fix: This is a list of the maintenance issues, you can mark them as fixed from this window too.
- Arrivals: Here you will see all arrivals for the day
- PIN Enter the PIN assigned to you. This is configured within the PMS - See "How to setup Housekeeping Attendants"
The Status Window
The Status window will display all rooms assigned to a user (the PIN, not the main Login). To change a rooms status, simply press on the room. The room's colour should change to reflect its new status.The room status' are configured within the PMS. Please see "How to configure Room Status" if these need setting up
The Arrivals Window
The Arrivals window displays all of the days arrivals. You can see the following information:- ID: This is the reservation ID. To the left of the ID you will see a coloured box, this is the Room's status.
- Guest: The guests name
- Room: The room number assigned to the reservation
- A: The number of adults on the reservation
- C: The number of children on the reservation
- Group: The group name (if any) of the reservation
- Agent: The agent (if any) of the reservation
The Maintenance Window
The maintenance window allows you to create a new Maintenance issue, which is then saved to the PMS.
All of the dropdown menus are configured in the PMS. Please see "How to setup Maintenance in Housekeeping" for how to set this up.
The Fix Window
The Fix window allows you to view and close any open maintenance issues on HART.Was this article helpful?
