To configure your Conversion Report

Navigate to Configuration > Functions and the status tab. If you wish certain status to be included in your conversion

report tick the from box and to box under Conversion Inclusion.

  • From box: if ticked any function that has this status will be included
  • To box: if ticked any function that has moved to this status will be included.

The example below takes into account the status we wish to include in our conversion reports above.

For example, we have the from box ticked for the option status and the to box ticked on the Provisional status.

This will show us an Option to Provisional conversion in the above report.

Having the from Provisional box also ticked has displayed a Provisional to Definite status conversion as we also have the to box ticked on the definite status.

Next, navigate to the lost tab where you should have created the lost and cancelled reasons. If you wish to include any lost reasons tick the Incl.in Conversion Report box.
