By the end of this article you will be able to;

To configure a Restaurant Forecast
Navigate to Configuration > Facility > Restaurant and the forecast tab. With the facility that you wish to set your parameter(s) for highlighted in the top window right click and add an entry.
- Service: choose the service from the drop-down box.
Note: the service must be the same that is available in the facility under the service tab. |
- Period: choose the period from the drop-down calendar.
- Average Cover ( Net): free type you average spend per customer ( Net).
Note: you can set different amounts for the same service for different periods. |
Press save after each entry.
Run the Restaurant Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Restaurant forecast and run for the date(s) you wish to see. Here you can also include tentative/ waitlist covers by ticking the box.
Useful Restaurant reports
Reports > Point of sales >Diner conversion.
This report shows a conversion report including residents and non-residents.
Report> Point of sales > Resident dining
This report shows information relating to resident dining including reservation ID's.
Reports > Sales > Facility booking
This report shows facility bookings including table number/room number and customer details.
