How to Create Cocktails Items for Stock

By the end of this information guide you will be able to;

• Create Cocktails 

It is assumed that you already have your Stock feature and stock items set up and are familiar with how this works. If not please see the relevant training guides.

Navigate to Materials> Items and free-type the cocktail name in the item field and set up the item as usual filling in the type, and category. Ensure you have the correct units in the Sales and recipe fields. Remember to add to the POS.

Under the ingredients tab, right-click add an entry, and choose the ingredients from the drop-down that make up your cocktail. Next, add the unit measurement that you need.

Continue to add the ingredients ensuring that the unit measurements add up to the Sales and recipe measurements.
