How to create Overflow Bedrooms

By the end of this article you will be able to;

• Create overflow bedrooms

Please note, if you don't already have an initial overflow bedroom set up, you will need to contact us as we need to make a configuration change.

Overflow rooms are rooms that appear in your room rack but do not appear in your inventory. They can be used either as a tool to assist in room allocation or for better control of overbookings.

To Create Overflow rooms navigate to  Configuration > Housekeeping and select the Overflow tab. Right-click and add a new entry, then you can free type the overflow room(s) name. Press save or F3, then navigate to Reservations > Room Rack to see the overflow room you have just created at the bottom of the room rack.
