How to configure Turndown Gifts

By the end of this article you will be able to configure the gifts available to be given to guests at turndown and define gifts by night of stay and room type.




All configuration takes place within Configuration > Housekeeping > Gifts


Within this new tab, on the left hand side of the screen the gifts available are defined.  In the example below we have a Bottle of Wine, Teddy Bear etc.


On the right hand side of the screen the selected gift is then assigned to a specific room type for a specific night of stay.  In this example the Bottle of wine is assigned to Superior Rooms for night 1 and Deluxe Rooms for night 2.  In this way it is possible to define different gifts not only per night of stay but also by room type.




Once complete, the gifts designated will appear on the Housekeeping Turndown report: Reports > Housekeeping > Turndown List
