Initialise button guide

The following is when the INIT button should be pressed

Configuration > Restaurants

• Any change in capacity - either by service or WBE Stop
• When times of time slots are updated
• When new services are added or existing ones amended

Please note: At close day there's an automatic process to run the INIT for the next 365 days

Configuration > Spa

• When a new package is created
• When the contents of an existing package is amended
• When the matrix is first created 
• When new spa services are added

Please note: changes to existing rotas are made then there's an automatic sync of this
