This article walks through the configuration required in order to be able to re-print POS Receipts along with the actions necessary to produce a re-print.
Configuration
Via Configuration > Global > Advanced 2 ensure that the Receipt Copy option is ticked. This will ensure a copy of the receipt is stored locally on the POS terminal responsible for printing the receipt
Usage
Within the POS via the Reprint button on the bottom ribbon select Check and press OK:
Select the receipt that requires re-printing from the list and press Print to confirm:
Please note: It is only possible to re-print receipts from the POS terminal which the receipt was originally generated. Additionally, this process can only happen on the same day that the receipt was printed. |
