Typically Sync & Poll services are located on a server and as such the guide below can only be carried out by those with authorised access to that location
There are two services essential for HART to be able to communicate with the outside world:
HART Sync: This is allows HART to push out Availability, Rates & Inventory to external sources such as Siteminder
HART Poll: This allows HART to receive reservations from external sources and the HART rooms booking engine
To re-start the services within the Windows Services panel locate the services and individually click the restart button circled:

Following this action within 5-minutes any new bookings made should arrive within HART and can be view via the New Business report (Reports > Sales > New Business). Any Sync activity should be repeated via Sales > Restrictions
