Please note: You need to have a text message interface already set up for this to work. Please contact us if you would like more information on this.
Reservations > Facility Booking
Go to reservations, facility restaurant or spa and fitness and select the restaurant or spa facility of your choice.
Now select the date on the diary for the day you want to remind people of the booking (use the
calendar at the top left part of the window).
Now go to the top HART PMS menu and select Diary > Tools > Text Messaging
The first time you do this it will show you a message that you have selected the Text
Messaging template.
Then select Diary > Tools > Text Messaging again and a new window will pop up which
displays all restaurant bookings for the selected date.
Here you have the option to untick the people you may not have a mobile number for or the ones
you do not want to contact.
Now press Send on the bottom left and the messages will be sent out.
Select Cancel if you suddenly would like to cancel the sending of text messaging and use Exit to exit the screen.
Hart Tip: If your sending fails it is most of the time due to the Dot Digital account needing to be topped up. Please log in and check your balance.
