How to set Green Fee rates

Creating your Golf rates using pricing templates

Navigate to Configuration> Facilities > Golf course. With the golf course you wish to set the rates for showing in the top  window press the manage button.

The manage course window appears. 

Next press the view button and navigate to the Rates tab, ensure you have the correct course showing in the top field as a double-check.

Add in your dates for the rates you are setting and tick the booking type that you are setting the rates for in the booking type window.

Press the add button at the bottom of the window and a blank template will appear.  Free type in the Name field what you wish your pricing template to be called. Next tick the days you wish to set the price for, choose the times from the drop-down box. and add in the rate for one green fee. If you press the calculate button the system will then automatically calculate the green fee price for 2,3, and 4 balls. Alternatively you can add in these rates manually.

In the 9-hole price fields, complete the steps as above.

Press the save and update button. This will then set your pricing for the dates, days, and time period you have chosen

Setting ad hoc prices

You can also set Ad Hoc pricing here in the top window. Remember to tick your booking type and choose the correct date, days, and time.

Add in the rates for one green fee. If you press the calculate button the system will then automatically calculate the green fee price for 2,3, and 4 balls. Alternatively you can add in these rates manually. 

Press the update button and the rates will be updated for the dates, days and times you have set.

Using the Pricing table

You can check your rates by going to the Price Table tab. Click on the date, press show all. Then click on the booking type to see the rates you have set. You can also free type over these prices. Remember to press save.
