Create a Promotion Code

In Cloud Reservations, navigate to Facilities > Spa > Facilities and select the Spa Day Promotions tab for the Spa Facility which houses your Spa Day engine.

Add a new entry. 

• Spa Day: Select the Spa Day the promotion applies to. Leave blank if applying to all Spa Day
• Code: The promo code the guest will use to apply the discount
• Valid From/ Expires: The window in which the guest can use the code on the engine
• Book From/ To: The arrival dates the promotion applies to
• Discount: % discount the promo code offers
• Days: Select which days of the week the code applies to

You can use the same code for different spa day promotions to give you flexibility.

When the booking drops into HART, there will be a reservation note which says which promotion this is part of. The discount will be automatically applied to HART.

Create a direct promotion URL

For the promotion to apply automatically to links from your website or newsletters, use the suffix &promoCode= along with the promo code at the end of your spa engine URL.
