You can follow this guide for uploading PMS HTML templates to the WBE as well as new HTML templates.

To upload your own HTML template to the Web Booking Engine (WBE):

  1. Open your HTML template with a text editor (Notepad will be fine).
    • To do this, right click the file "Open With" then select Notepad
  2. Once open in notepad, select all of the code (CTRL+A) and then copy it (CTRL+C).
  3. Log into the WBE (https://cloud-reservations.net)
    • If you do not have an account Register and then Raise a ticket to let a HART support agent know to activate it.
  4. Now, depending on what the template will be used for you will need to go to different locations
    • If the template is for a F&B Restaurant booking, go to F&B > Texts
    • Any other templates are found under Hotel > Texts
  5. Once you are at your desired location, you will need to select the relevant template.
    • If you have more than one Unit (hotel or restaurant) configured then you will have to choose the relevant unit to find the template for that unit.
  6. As soon as you select the template it will load - if you haven't saved anything in the template before it will likely just be a blank editor.

  7. Now, find the Source button  and click it.
  8. Paste in the code you copied in Step 2. Click Update.
  9. You should now see your template within the editor.
  10. Click Save and once saved you can send yourself a test to ensure it comes through as expected.
