This article details the shortcut keys available within Hart PMS:
F1 ~ toggle off the side menu to be visible/not visible
F3 ~ save
F5 ~ when entering comments provides the date and user stamp
F6 ~ places a window into search mode
F7 ~ switch hotel (where multi-property is configured)
F8 ~ launches the guest or account wizard in relevant fields
F9 ~ clears the input from the current window
F10 ~ log out
F11 ~ Close the current window
F12 ~ adds or removes a field from the compulsory list (please note the close day password is required to complete this action)
SHIFT + F1 ~ launches Quick Search to find in-house reservations
SHIFT + F2 ~ launches availability search screen
SHIFT + F3 ~ launches folio finder
SHIFT + F4 ~ launches ID finder
SHIFT + F7 ~ restores the toolbar
ALT + F4 ~ Exits HART
INS ~ Inserts a new row (when configuring things like rate plans)
CTRL + D ~ Deletes rows
CTRL + ENTER ~ insert a new line when e.g. adding Booking Notes
CTRL + R ~ runs a report
CTRL + F ~ opens the filter tool on reports
