How to Configure Tennis in HART

By the end of this training guide you will be able to: 

• Configure the Tennis facility in HART

To activate Tennis in HART you need to do the following steps: 

STEP 1 

In Configuration > Access > Security you need to add the password of the facility, therefore right-click and select Add Entry. Now select Tennis as a facility from the drop-down menu and type a password of your preference.  

STEP 2 

In the next step, you will need to set up the Tennis Courses and the operation hours. Go to Configuration > Facilities > Tennis.

The below screen will open. Now right-click and add an entry to create the courts inside the top screen. Free type the Order, the tennis Court name, type in any Diary Password of your choice and insert the minutes of the tennis Slot length.  This is to determine the length of the slots inside the booking diary. You can activate and deactivate any of the courts by simply ticking the box next to Active. 

In our example, each time slot is 60 minutes. 

Inside the lower screen, you schedule the operational hours according to certain dates. For example, you may wish to operate longer hours during the summer, or on Sundays to start later etc. Please ignore the Next day box, this is currently not functional. 

Your facility is now set up and you will be able to book slots by going to Reservations> Facility Booking > Tennis.
